Most people who decide to run an AI creator account stall in the same place: they read about LoRA training, rented GPUs and ComfyUI graphs, conclude that the setup is a project rather than an afternoon, and never publish anything. A hosted studio removes that step. You get a character, a prompt box and a bill per render, and you find out within a day whether you can produce content you would actually post.

What you are actually buying
- Credits, not a subscription
- You buy a pack once and spend it per render. Nothing recurs, and an idle month costs nothing. That matters more than it sounds: the standard failure mode in this business is paying a monthly fee through the three months you produce nothing.
- A saved character, not a prompt
- You build a character once in the character creator and it stays in your library. Every render starts from that reference, which is what keeps the same face across a set. This is the product's answer to identity drift, and it is the thing to test first.
- Photos and clips from the same reference
- Photo sets and short clips run off the same character and the same prompt box. Clips are 3 to 10 seconds with synchronised audio, sized to the reference image's aspect ratio.
- Output you can post
- The published terms state no watermark on output and that you own what you generate, including for sale on OnlyFans or Fanvue. Read the terms yourself before you build a library on top of any product that says this, because it is the clause that decides whether your back catalogue is an asset.
The sequence
Open an account
Signup is 18+ and takes a minute. Do not put money in yet. The first thing worth knowing is whether the character you have in mind comes out looking like the character you have in mind.
Gotcha — Age and identity rules apply to you as the account holder as well as to the character. The platform disclosure requirements are worth reading before you name the persona, not after.
Build the character before you buy credits in volume
This is the step that decides everything downstream. Build the character in the creator and save her to your library. Give it more attempts than feels necessary: every render you make for the next year starts from this reference, and a face you are only half happy with is a face you will be re-rolling around forever.
Gotcha — Character generation is billed per image at 2 credits, and the creator returns four images per request. That is 8 credits, well under a dollar, to find out whether the face is right.
Buy the starter pack and measure your keeper rate
Buy the smallest pack, generate twenty or thirty images across different outfits, rooms and angles, and count how many you would actually publish. That ratio is your keeper rate, and it is the single number that decides whether this business works for you. Gotcha — Keep the prompts you liked. The Studio history stores the prompt alongside each render, which is a working log of what your character responds to.
Scale the pack, then build the library
If the keeper rate holds, move to a larger pack, because the effective price per render drops by about 29% between the smallest and largest. Produce a full opening set before you open an account anywhere or send anyone a link.
Gotcha — A profile with a handful of posts converts a fraction as well as one with a populated feed. Build the library first.
Take the library to a platform

What it costs
A photo render is 20 credits and a clip is 20 credits per second, so a 5-second clip costs the same as five photos. Credits are the only variable; the bonus on larger packs is what moves the real price.

Where it stops
A hosted studio trades control for speed, and the trade is worth it right up until it is not. Three specific signals mean you have outgrown it:
- Your keeper rate stalls and the remaining gap is identity drift. At that point the ceiling is the pipeline, not your prompting, and the fix is a trained character adapter in a stack you control. That is a rented GPU. See character consistency methods.
- You need a specific model, sampler or post-process step. Hosted products expose a prompt box, not a graph. If your quality bar requires a particular pipeline, you need the pipeline.
- Your volume is high and permanent. Per-render pricing is linear forever. At sustained volume the arithmetic favours hourly GPU rental, and eventually hardware. The cost breakdown has the full comparison of where spend actually goes.
None of those are reasons to start somewhere else. They are reasons to expect to move, which is a different thing, and a library produced on a hosted studio does not stop being publishable when you move.
Is this a replacement for OnlyFans or Fanvue?
No. It is a content studio, not a platform. You generate images and clips, then post them on OnlyFans, Fanvue or wherever you sell. The Fanvue setup guide covers the account side, including the AI declaration that is mandatory there.
What does it cost to test whether the character works?
Eight credits, from character creation at 2 credits per image over four images. That is a fraction of the $5 starter pack, which is the reason to test the face before you buy anything larger.
Can I bring my own trained LoRA?
Not into your own pipeline. This is the defining limit of every hosted studio: identity comes from a saved character reference rather than a trained adapter you own and can move. Can I use a real person's face as the reference?
Never, and it is worth saying plainly because it is the fastest way to end this business rather than build it.
