AIOF is a research publication about the business of AI-model creator accounts. What the platforms require this month, what the work costs once you add up the invoices, and which parts of the received wisdom in this niche survive contact with a spreadsheet.

The commercial content in this space has a recognisable shape: a confident tone, no sources, and a link to whichever tool paid for the placement. Those pages quote each other, so a figure invented once gets repeated for years by writers who have no way to check it and no reason to.

That is the opportunity, not a grievance. The niche is crowded and not competitive: there are many pages and almost no sources. A publication that cites its inputs and dates its facts is doing something nobody in the current search results is doing, and that is the entire premise here.

• People deciding whether to start, who want the cost side before the revenue side.
• Anyone building the production pipeline and hitting the identity-consistency wall.
• People who have read the get-rich version of this content and want the version with arithmetic in it.

It is not for people looking for content to publish, accounts to buy, or a shortcut around platform policy. There is a lot of that available elsewhere.

Around the sequence an operator moves through rather than around content types. Economics and policy come first, because they determine whether the rest is worth doing. Then platforms, production, traffic and comparisons.

There are deliberately not many pages. The plan is roughly thirty to sixty that are checked and maintained, not three hundred that are neither. Reference and platform pages carry a fact-checked date because a platform guide that has gone stale will send a reader confidently in the wrong direction.
